Without information about ingame performance, it will be difficult to discover how to improve it. The research projects for the data analysis department are aimed at supporting the research. For example, by defining (and measuring) several factors that can indicate performance, you enable research projects for that game. Understanding how we can take the raw data from games (and consoles) and translate it to performance measures is one of the challenges our team is working on.
