A key element of succesful communication, whether it is branding, promoting or even telling a story is design. Esports Team Twente relies on designers to think about all design elements connected to our organization, from the logo and house style to the design of merchandise or the website. Designers will work as a team, or alone, on certain design projects in cooperation with the rest of the (marketing) team. Experience with design software would be very helpful.
