The Research & Education Manager for ETT is responsible for managing the research teams and projects, as well as increasing the level of data analysis and research targeted at the competitive eSports teams. The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintain and manage the research teams, ensuring that they are meeting their goals and contributing to the team's overall success.
• Actively increase the level of data analysis and research projects targeted at the competitive eSports teams, with the prospect of publishing work.
• Manage, participate in, and coordinate external research projects to increase the team's knowledge and capabilities.
• Maintain the eSports major, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant to the team's goals and objectives.
• Propose new research projects and collaborate with other modules within different UT majors to distribute and actively collaborate on those projects.
• Provide education and training to the team members on research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Work closely with the Esports Manager to integrate research findings and insights into the team's overall strategy and performance.
