As the team manager of the esports team Twente, you are responsible for the direction and future that ETT is heading to. Together with the other members of the board, you determine the goals of ETT, monitor the overall planning and progress- and when problems occur, you are the person with a solution.

As the face of the team, you will regularly give presentations on internal and external events, speak to the press, and present ETT overall. In addition, you are the first contact for our members, and responsible that the Board works smoothly. Communication skills, responsibility and a clear vision are important. An affinity with management (or experience) are hence a big plus.

The team manager takes the lead in the development of the team. You know what is going on within the team and you can talk to all team members. Coaching and motivating are keywords for this. You discuss problems within the team and think of solutions together.
